On December 13, 2023, Cai Zhigang, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Electronic Science and Engineering of Jilin University, and his delegation visited FULSCIENCE to attend the signing ceremony for the agreement to jointly establish an internship and practice base. Mr. Cong Jianbo, the General Manager of FULSCIENCE, and Mr. Liu Xu, the Deputy General Manager, along with the management team, participated in the signing ceremony.

The agreement signing and establishment of this internship and practice base signify a critical step toward improving the caliber of FULSCIENCE's R&D team and nurturing high-end talent. Moving forward, this will deepen the "college-enterprise cooperation" mechanism, fully providing comprehensive practical training support for the students of the College, so as to advance the integration of production and education in talent cultivation and to improve the overall capabilities for talent development.

Following the signing and inauguration ceremony, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges. The Associate Dean of the College, Professor Shen Liang, took the lead in sharing the College's experience in college-enterprise cooperation. This experience encompasses a broad array of areas, including joint talent development, internship and practice base establishment, collaborative research and technological endeavors, dual mentor appointments, and continuing education for enterprise employees. Subsequently, Fang Jiaqiang, FULSCIENCE's Manager of the System Department, introduced the company's products and the development process of R&D projects to the college representatives. He emphasized that the collaboration with the College went beyond a simple partnership, representing a profound strategic partnership. Taking the signing of the cooperation agreement as an opportunity, the two sides aim to explore diverse cooperative mechanisms together.

Both sides delved into detailed discussions about the content of the cooperation while sharing thoughts on the issue of retaining talent and facilitating their employment in Changchun City, expressing hopes that through multi-level cooperation models, they could contribute to the Talent Revitalization Project of Changchun City in a New Era.

To wrap up the discussions, the leadership from both sides called for a quickened pace in advancing the specific cooperation between the College and the enterprise to achieve substantial outcomes. Also, Mr. Cai Zhigang conveyed his best wishes to FULSCIENCE and expressed his expectation for the company to fully leverage the university resources in northeast China. It is hoped that this would draw more R&D talent to the company and encourage them to remain in Changchun City, contributing to the company's development to new levels.
