At 9:01 on September 1, 2021, under the witness of the management team of Fulscience and the employees of Fulscience Dalian R&D Center, the unveiling ceremony of the Dalian R&D Center of Fulscience Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. was held in Dalian Tengfei Park. Mr. Cong Jianbo, general manager of Fulscience Automotive Electronics Co., LTD., and Mr. Liu Xu, deputy general manager of Fulscience Automotive Electronics Co., LTD., attended and inaugurated Dalian R&D Center. At the same time, the unveiling ceremony also included Ms. Li Nan, Deputy director of Dalian High-tech Park Investment Promotion Bureau, and Mr. Duan Yongzheng, executive Vice President of Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Electronics Co., LTD.
Fulscience Auto Electronics Co., Ltd. is a new joint venture jointly established by Fulscience Auto Parts Co., LTD. (Stock code: 000030) and Huizhou Desay SV Auto Electronics Co., LTD. (Stock code: 002920) and FAW Group. The registered capital of the company is 400 million yuan, and the main business is smart cabin, smart drive, and smart service.
As an important R&D elite team of Fulscience, Dalian R&D Center has settled in Tengfei Software Park Phase 2 of High-tech Park, with a total office area of more than 3,500 square meters and comfortable modern office facilities, which can accommodate more than 500 R&D personnel.
